I booked this hotel because it had family-friendly breakfast, which was ideal for my kids. The location is in West Lawrence near a couple of shopping centers, one including a Walmart. Since we were staying for over a week, it was nice to have so many fast food restaurants nearby and away from the areas with traffic. There was also a gymnastics open gym for children down the street, which my kids really enjoyed. There were a few minor inconveniences such as the room phone not working, but the staff very kindly offered their reception phone. Sometimes the pancake maker didn't work, but if you ask staff, they will adjust the bag inside to get it going again. I recommend going within the first hour for breakfast because there are times when most of the good stuff is gone if you take your time coming down. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if not just for the staff. They treated us very well, and it's so nice to have that friendly experience when you're overwhelmed from travel.

Queen room(double) was well equipped with towels, Toiletries (full size), mini fridge, hair dryer, full size mirror, iron and hangers (microwave and utensils available in the dining area). The entire room was clean and beds were comfortable with nice white crisp linens. Front dest staff was friendly both during daytime and late night. Room had a neat movable desk that was convenient. Very safe location near Lawrence Police Station, and great proximity to food chains and retail stores. Approx 15 min drive to Mass street.

Tru by Hilton was a great choice for our trip to Lawrence for a basketball tournament. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. Special thanks to Rose at the front desk for her helpfulness and to the cleaning supervisor, who was very accommodating as I checked the rooms to make sure the kids hadn’t left anything behind. We’ll definitely stay there again!

All of the staff where energetic, friendly and super helpful. I would like to specifically give a huge shout out to Chris at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help with our reservation (which was a bit complicated) and she did it with patience and a great attitude!! Loved that they decorated for graduation too - that was fun!

The location was perfect for our continued travel. The staff were all so friendly and polite. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We loved the open concept and the cheerful atmosphere.
